Because of space limitations and stricter government rules, now when a child dies the body is usually not buried in the little cemetery at Nyumbani.  This causes much anxiety and "acting out" among the children, who want their friend and playmate to be as near to them in death as he or she was in life.  Can you imagine American children having to cope with these issues?!
